These codes are distributed through fan clubs, venue newsletters, credit card partnerships (like Citi, Chase, and American Express), and promoter programs like Live Nation.
Where do I enter my presale code on Ticketmaster?
When the presale begins on Ticketmaster or Live Nation, navigate to the event page and look for the "Unlock" or "Offer Passcode" padlock icon on the ticket selection screen. Enter your presale password there to reveal protected seats.
